HR Specialist

We are seeking a Thailand-based Local HR professional to support our headquarters with Thai labor law consultation, employee inquiries, and recruitment activities on a part-time, remote basis.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional consultation and recommendations to headquarters on Thai labor laws, local employment regulations, and related compliance practices. Assist headquarters in resolving employee complaints and simple labor disputes.
• Respond to and handle ad-hoc inquiries from Thai local employees regarding salary, social security, employment contracts, leave, and holiday policies.
• Assist in phone screening and communication with local job candidates, including personal information verification, interview arrangement and scheduling, and interview time reminders.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities for positions based in Thailand, if any (small portion of the role).

Requirements:

• Thai native speaker with good English communication skills; able to communicate smoothly with China headquarters.
• Familiar with Thai labor law, social security, payroll, employment contracts, and leave management rules.
• Relevant HR or recruitment experience in Thailand; familiar with local recruitment channels and employee relations handling.
• Able to work part-time remotely, respond to messages in a timely manner, and possess good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in basic office tools; careful and responsible in work.
