Project Introduction

We help clients from various industries recruit for various positions such as BD, Sales, Marketing, and Operations overseas. Our current positions span across the globe, including Asia Pacific (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam), Europe (UK, Germany, France, Russia), the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE), and Latin America (Mexico, US, and Australia).

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Project Assistant to work remotely from Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze core job requirements, key recruitment focuses, and potential challenges for client job JDs.
• Provide professional job training, sourcing guidance, and daily business support for consultants.
• Conduct preliminary review and screening of resumes submitted by consultants.
• Deliver targeted feedback, continuously optimize the team’s sourcing quality, and improve the output rate of qualified candidate resumes.
• Manage the full-cycle closed-loop recruitment process.
• Guide consultants in candidate interview follow-up and post-interview review.
• Oversee salary negotiation, offer communication, and employee onboarding follow-up.
• Coordinate and resolve various problems occurring throughout the recruitment process to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Track the daily sourcing progress and performance data of overseas consultants.
• Provide one-on-one coaching to address individual work deficiencies, summarize and standardize working methodologies, resolve team operational bottlenecks, and continuously boost the team’s delivery capacity and conversion rate.

Job Requirements

• Must be an Indonesian national with fluent English proficiency and currently have no other full-time job.
• College degree or above with at least 3–5 years of professional experience in the headhunting industry. Prior experience in overseas team collaboration and project coordination is preferred.
• Familiar with the full-cycle headhunter delivery process. Excellent ability to understand job JDs, proficient in resume screening and candidate evaluation to accurately judge job matching degrees.
• Familiar with full-cycle recruitment procedures, including interview arrangement, salary negotiation, offer issuance, and onboarding follow-up, backed by strong problem-solving and coordination capabilities.
• Clear, logical communication, excellent stress resistance, and outstanding capabilities in team empowerment and result delivery.
