Social Media Intern
Unpaid Internship • Potential Full-Time Opportunity
About Us
Briidge.one is a custom AI and software transformation company helping established businesses turn fragmented operations, legacy systems and proprietary data into intelligent digital infrastructure.
We build custom software and AI systems for businesses that have outgrown generic tools.
Our work spans:
- AI-powered business systems
- Internal operational platforms
- Client portals
- AI reporting and assistants
- Workflow automation
- CRM and ERP integrations
- Legacy system modernization
- Custom software infrastructure
We work on high-value transformation projects ranging from $20K–$100K+ and sell directly to founders, CEOs, partners and senior decision-makers.
The Role
We are looking for a Social Media Intern who wants to learn how to build a B2B technology brand from the ground up.
This isn't a role where you'll simply be asked to post three graphics a week.
You'll work closely with the founder to turn ideas, conversations, customer problems, market research, projects and lessons from building Briidge.one into content.
The goal is simple:
Make people understand what Briidge.one knows, what we believe, and why businesses should trust us with important technology projects.
Our primary focus is LinkedIn, with opportunities to experiment across other channels.
What You'll Own
1. Content Research
Find ideas worth talking about.
Research:
- Industry trends
- Business problems
- Technology shifts
- AI adoption
- Interesting company examples
- Market data
- Competitor positioning
- Founder conversations
- Customer pain points
You should constantly be asking:
"What is happening in the market that our audience should know about?"
2. Turn Ideas Into Content
Work with the founder to turn raw thoughts into strong content.
This could include:
- LinkedIn posts
- Short-form posts
- Carousels
- Visual explainers
- Founder stories
- Industry commentary
- Case studies
- Project breakdowns
- Customer insights
- Lessons from building Briidge.one
You don't need to be an expert writer on day one.
You need to learn how to take a messy idea and turn it into something clear, interesting and worth reading.
3. Founder-Led Content
A major part of the role will be helping build the founder's personal brand.
You'll help capture:
- What the founder is learning
- Sales experiences
- Customer conversations
- Technology observations
- Business lessons
- Strong opinions
- Mistakes
- Wins
- Interesting projects
- Industry insights
The content should sound like a real founder thinking out loud, not a corporate marketing department.
4. Content Distribution
Help ensure good content actually reaches the right people.
You'll experiment with:
- Posting times
- Formats
- Hooks
- Content structures
- Distribution
- Engagement
- Repurposing
- Cross-platform publishing
You'll learn what actually drives:
attention → engagement → conversations → opportunities.
5. Content Analytics
Track what happens after we publish.
Measure:
- Impressions
- Engagement
- Profile visits
- Follower growth
- Comments
- Shares
- Saves
- Inbound messages
- Qualified conversations
- Leads influenced by content
The goal isn't vanity metrics.
A post with 100,000 views that attracts nobody relevant may be less valuable than a post with 5,000 views that puts Briidge.one in front of three potential customers.
6. Build the Briidge.one Content Engine
Help us create systems around content.
You'll maintain:
- Content ideas
- Research database
- Content calendar
- Published content
- Performance data
- Content formats
- Hooks
- Customer stories
- Industry insights
- Repurposing opportunities
Over time, you'll help turn content from something we occasionally do into a repeatable acquisition channel.
7. Experiment
We're looking for someone who likes testing things.
You may experiment with:
- New post formats
- Short-form video
- Carousels
- Founder-led videos
- Visual storytelling
- Industry-specific content
- AI-assisted research
- New distribution channels
- Different content angles
Some experiments will fail.
That's fine.
We care about how quickly you learn from them.
What We're Looking For
We're not looking for someone who simply knows how to use Canva.
We're looking for someone who understands attention, communication and the internet.
You should:
- Write clearly
- Have good taste
- Be curious
- Understand social media culture
- Follow technology and business
- Be comfortable researching
- Have strong attention to detail
- Understand basic analytics
- Be willing to experiment
- Be comfortable receiving direct feedback
- Know how to use AI tools effectively
Experience with LinkedIn, Canva, Figma, CapCut or similar tools is useful but not mandatory.
What Would Make You Stand Out
You might be a particularly strong fit if you:
- Already post online
- Have grown an account or community
- Have written content that performed well
- Run a personal brand
- Understand LinkedIn
- Follow founders and technology companies
- Can identify a good hook
- Know why certain content gets shared
- Can edit short-form video
- Have strong visual taste
- Can turn research into interesting stories
Show us something you've created.
A portfolio is more valuable than a certificate.
What You'll Learn
You'll get hands-on experience with:
- B2B content marketing
- Founder-led marketing
- LinkedIn growth
- Content strategy
- Copywriting
- Research
- Personal branding
- Content analytics
- Distribution
- Storytelling
- AI-assisted content workflows
- Building a content engine from scratch
You'll also get direct exposure to how a technology company sells to senior business decision-makers.
Who This Is For
This internship is ideal for:
- Students
- Recent graduates
- Early-career creators
- Aspiring marketers
- Content creators
- People interested in startups and technology
- People who want to build a career in growth or marketing
You don't need years of marketing experience.
You need taste, curiosity and the willingness to get better quickly.
The Opportunity
This is an unpaid internship.
Our intention is not to keep you as an intern indefinitely.
If you demonstrate strong performance, ownership, creativity and the ability to consistently produce work that creates value, there is an opportunity to transition into a full-time role at Briidge.one.
The full-time role could evolve into:
- Social Media Manager
- Content Strategist
- Growth Associate
- Founder Brand Manager
- Content & Growth Lead
depending on your strengths and performance.
Ideal Candidate
You're probably a great fit if:
- You notice interesting things other people miss
- You naturally think in hooks and stories
- You spend a lot of time on the internet
- You understand why people stop scrolling
- You care about quality
- You aren't afraid to publish and learn
- You can take criticism without taking it personally
- You want to build something rather than simply complete tasks
If you want to help build the public voice of a technology company from the ground up, we want to hear from you
