Job Role: Supply Chain Technical Lead

Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description:

• Lead the implementation and support of Symphony GOLD Supply Chain solutions
• Design and manage integrations across enterprise platforms such as ERP, WMS, OMS, and planning tools (e.g., Relex Solutions)
• Support and integrate with key platforms such as Master Data Management (MDM) systems covering items, locations, vendors, and hierarchies
• Enable and support analytics and reporting (financial, operational, and performance metrics)

Essential Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Symphony GOLD Supply Chain systems implementation and support engagements.
• In-depth understanding of retail merchandising and supply chain processes, including:
• Order management, replenishment, and allocation
• Pricing and promotion management
• Inventory lifecycle and forecasting
• Experience with Relex Solutions, MDM platforms, and vendor collaboration tools
• Expertise in system integration (APIs, middleware, batch/event-based processing)
• Experience in any of the programming languages and SQL will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of data models, master data and retail hierarchies
• Proven experience in large-scale retail or supply chain transformation programs
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data architectures
• Exposure to analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
