Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator

Position Overview

Seeking a Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, tracking, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate will have PMP or CSM certification, Agile experience, and preferably Healthcare/Healthcare IT experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, execution, and tracking.
• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate meetings, action items, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and documentation.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities.
• Use Jira Align to track projects, features, milestones, dependencies, and delivery status.
• Prepare project status reports and stakeholder presentations.
• Coordinate requirements, testing, implementation, and deployment activities.
• Escalate project risks, issues, and delays to the Project Manager.
• Collaborate with business, technical, and vendor teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• PMP or CSM certification.
• 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Junior Project Management, or PMO.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with project tracking, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare or Healthcare IT experience.
• Hands-on experience with Jira Align.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Experience supporting enterprise or public-sector projects.
