• 72 months experience in all phases of Functional Testing. Qualifying activities include such items as: - analyzing and interpreting business requirement documents (BRDs) and use cases in unified modeling language (UML) for testability and inconsistencies - participation in Joint Application Development sessions, seeking clarification from business analysts as needed - documenting and implementing application test plans - identifying test cases - writing and executing test scripts - identifying and analyzing application problems and the communication of such to development team. 9 12
• 72 months experience with Client Quality Center/Microfocus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for testing. 6 8
• 72 months experience with Client Quick Test Professional (QTP) and Client/Microfocus Unified Functional Testing (UFT) for developing and maintaining automated scripts used to do regression testing. 9 12
• 84 months experience planning, designing, developing, and executing test strategies based on software specifications for a web-based application in a large, complex and diverse Human Services (Federal, State, or local government) delivery system consisting of more than 100 Screens and more than 100 cross edits. 12 16
• 36 months experience as a test leader, providing direction and training to other members of the project team. 9 12
• 48 months experience using industry-standard tools, including SQL Navigator, SOAP UI and Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Client Quality Center, to identify, document, track and communicate problems to technical staff. 6 8
• 48 months experience with Client LoadRunner (or Performance Center) used for load and performance testing. 3 4
