Site Development Civil Engineer

GPD is currently seeking a Civil Engineer for our Site Development team located in our Atlanta, GA office location. This role will provide civil site design work for industries like Retail/Commercial, K-12 Education, Public/Federal Buildings and Healthcare.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in Site Development Design a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with site planning, engineering, project coordination.
• Ability to work with senior engineers/designers and meet respective deadlines.
• Must possess excellent communication skills and thrive in a multi-tasking work environment.
• Solid background in AutoCAD/Civil 3D design.
• Proficiency in grading and storm water management design preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

Day-to-day Job Responsibilities

• Site planning and coordination.
• Grading and storm water management design.
• Design coordination with internal engineers and architects.
• Background coordination with our internal team of surveyors, environmental specialists, and geotechnical crew.
