Position Summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support equipment reliability, CQV activities, maintenance package ownership, and continuous improvement initiatives within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations teams to support equipment performance, compliance, and project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support commissioning, qualification, of new equipment and systems; including maintenance data records, spare parts strategies, maintenance procedures, change controls, and summary reports.
  • Support maintenance and reliability initiatives to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Assist with equipment upgrades, troubleshooting, and capital projects.
  • Support continuous improvement and process optimization efforts.
  • Coordinate between internal teams, vendors, and contractors as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, similar engineering field, or related equipment ownership/maintenance experience.
  • Maintenance, reliability, or manufacturing experience a plus.
  • Experience with technical documentation and project support.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience in a regulated industry (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, food & beverage, etc.) preferred.
  • CQV, GMP, change control, and continuous improvement experience preferred.
