About the Role
We are looking for a talented React Developer to join our engineering team and help build a next-generation, AI-powered social platform.

You will work closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and other technical leaders to build modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on developer who enjoys solving complex problems and working in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You'll Do
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components.
• Translate product requirements and UI/UX designs into high-quality frontend applications.
• Work closely with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and other services.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend issues.
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to frontend development standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development practices.
• Experience building responsive and mobile-friendly web applications.
• Strong understanding of React hooks, component architecture, state management, and reusable UI patterns.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and working with backend services.
• Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows.
• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization.
• Good understanding of software engineering principles and debugging techniques.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed engineering team.

Nice to Have
• Experience with Next.js.
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Experience with Redux, Zustand, React Query, or similar state-management/data-fetching technologies.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or similar UI frameworks.
• Experience with automated testing using Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience working in an AI-powered product, social platform, SaaS, or startup environment.
• Familiarity with WebSockets or real-time applications.
• Experience with blockchain/Web3 technologies is a plus.
