Product Management Internship

Role has an initial unpaid internship period (~60-90 days) but can lead to paid work.

Relish is an influencer marketing platform connecting freelance marketers and influencers with local agencies and brands for influencer marketing campaigns. Our goal is to help businesses expand into new markets, host launch events, and promote new products.

We're looking for a highly motivated Product Management & Content Intern to help us build a sustainable, repeatable process for turning raw creator footage into finished, publish ready content.

You'll work directly with our CEO, Founder & Chief Growth Officer, our Director of Marketing, and the creators themselves, receiving and organizing assets, building the scripts and shot lists that guide what gets filmed, and editing the footage into content that performs.

New Partnership: Capi Taco
This role sits inside a new program we're building around a partnership with influencer, Capi Taco. Capi Taco is the online persona of Tomás Salem, a Norwegian-Argentine social anthropologist, documentary filmmaker, and author currently sailing across the Pacific with his crew aboard the Falkor.

Relish has partnered directly with Tomás as a strategic collaborator, helping him build a sustainable pipeline of edited content from the expedition, not just one off videos. This role is part of that partnership: you'll help stand up the workflows, templates, and systems that turn raw footage from the boat into finished, publish ready content.

It is important that applicants be self-motivated, proactive, and efficient with their time; Relish is a fast paced and agile company and applicants will be expected to keep pace with the speed of business.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain a sustainable process for receiving, labeling, and organizing raw creator assets.
• Write scripts and shot lists that set creators up for strong, on brand footage.
• Edit raw footage into polished, publish ready content across formats (short form, long form, platform specific cuts).
• Work directly with the Chief Growth Officer, the Director of Marketing, and creators to keep content on brief and on schedule.
• Help document and improve the editing workflow so it scales across more creators and more content.

Who You Are

• Comfortable with video editing tools and eager to sharpen those skills.
• Organized, you can build and follow a labeling/asset system without losing track of files.
• A clear, concise writer who can turn an idea into a usable script or shot list.
• Self-directed and reliable, comfortable taking direction from multiple stakeholders.
• Curious about content, creators, and what makes a video actually perform.
