Brand Manager

Nouva Wears is looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager to help grow our brand presence, strengthen our identity, and connect with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Nouva Wears’ brand image and voice
• Plan and execute marketing and brand campaigns
• Manage social media and content direction
• Coordinate collaborations, partnerships, and influencer relationships
• Monitor trends and identify growth opportunities
• Support product launches, events, and promotions
• Track campaign performance and brand engagement
• Work closely with the founder and creative team

Qualifications:

• Experience in branding, marketing, fashion, or social media
• Strong creative and communication skills
• Knowledge of social media and current fashion trends
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Passion for fashion and building brands
