Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade web applications in the banking and financial services domain. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, REST APIs, Kafka, and AWS while working in an Agile development environment. Modern enterprise banking full-stack roles commonly require this technology stack for scalable, cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular/React.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and Microservices.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end applications using Angular (preferred) or React.
• Implement business logic using Java 11/17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
• Work with Apache Kafka for event-driven and asynchronous messaging.
• Integrate applications with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Develop cloud-native applications and deploy services on AWS.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and DevOps engineers in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Java Full Stack development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Experience developing front-end applications using Angular (preferred) or React.
• Experience building secure REST APIs and integrating backend services.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, database design, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Kafka and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Experience with OAuth2, JWT, and Spring Security.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployments.
• Knowledge of SonarQube, Splunk, or Dynatrace is a plus.
