MINIMUM TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Five (5) years of FTE experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
• Possess a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year
• Five (5) years of FTE experience in designing, developing, implementing .Net applications and maintaining the existing .Net applications. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
• Three (3) years of FTE experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services.
• Three (3) years of FTE experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services.
• Three (3) years of FTE experience Database tools like Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
• Three (3) years of FTE experience with Node.js, React, Angular or similar frameworks.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience working in Amazon Web Services (AWS) using Serverless technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like CircleCI, ArgoCD.
• Experience with distributed source code control systems like GitHub.
• Experience with Data Analytics Tools like Microsoft Power BI,
• Experience with security tools like Snyk.
• Experience with code quality analysis tools like CodeClimate.
• Experience with access and audit control tools like Teleport.
• Experience with enterprise resource management tools like Vault.
