The role

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to own security and infra at Bleap.

You’ll be

• Owning cloud and infra security across AWS and GCP, enforced through our IaC
• Owning key management, signing infrastructure, and the security of our onchain flows
• Owning internal access and devices - SSO, VPN, endpoints, CI/CD
• Owning incident response, detection, and monitoring for anomalous fund movement
• Embedding security into how we ship

What we expect from you

• Define the security roadmap for Bleap - and be honest about what's urgent versus what's theatre
• Set the standard for secure-by-default infrastructure and code across the engineering function
• Take ownership of projects end to end and drive them, without waiting to be told what the risks are
• Make security a thing that helps us ship faster, not a gate that slows us down

What we look for

• 5+ years in security engineering, with real depth in infrastructure and DevOps - not purely GRC or purely pentesting
• Strong backend fundamentals - you read and write production code, not just findings
• Crypto or blockchain security experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Start-up/scale-up experience is preferred but not mandatory
• You’re based in Europe (or can work in European time zones)
