Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with data visualization and reporting, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis.
• Use statistical and analytical methods to support business decisions.
• Work with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and investigate data discrepancies.
• Maintain data quality, accuracy, and documentation.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, Product Managers, and other teams.

Required Skills:

• SQL — strong querying and data manipulation skills.
• Excel — PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and data analysis.
• Data visualization — Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
• Knowledge of statistics and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with databases and data warehouses.
