Power BI Developer

We are seeking a Data Analyst to analyze complex business data, uncover meaningful insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. This role combines data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization, with Power BI serving as a key platform for communicating insights and supporting data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets, identifying trends and patterns, developing KPIs, performing root-cause analysis, and partnering with business stakeholders to solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, correlations, anomalies, and business opportunities.
• Translate business questions into analytical approaches, hypotheses, and measurable outcomes.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand business performance and identify key drivers.
• Perform root-cause analysis to investigate performance gaps, unexpected trends, and business issues.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, metrics, and performance indicators aligned with business objectives.
• Build interactive Power BI dashboards and analytical reports that communicate insights clearly and effectively.
• Create analytical models, measures, and calculations using DAX.
• Use SQL and Power Query to extract, transform, cleanse, and prepare data for analysis.
• Analyze historical and current data to identify trends and support forecasting and planning activities.
• Perform segmentation and comparative analysis to understand customer, product, operational, or financial performance.
• Validate data quality, investigate inconsistencies, and ensure analytical outputs are accurate and reliable.
• Interpret analytical results and translate them into clear business recommendations.
• Present findings to business leaders and stakeholders using compelling data stories and visualizations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Automate recurring reports and analytical workflows to improve efficiency.
• Continuously improve dashboards, analytical methodologies, KPIs, and reporting processes based on stakeholder feedback.
• Maintain documentation of data sources, analytical methodologies, metrics, assumptions, and business definitions.
