About the job
The Role
We're looking for someone with sharp judgment, high integrity, and a deep understanding of how students, teachers, and schools actually work — to help us catch quality issues in our product before they reach classrooms.
This is not a traditional QA/testing role. We're not looking for someone who knows automation tools or writes test scripts. We're looking for someone who can walk through our product the way a teacher or principal would, notice when something doesn't make sense, and speak up about it clearly and immediately.
If you've worked in a school, led a curriculum team, or spent years thinking about how students learn — and you have a low tolerance for inconsistencies or unclear content — this role is built for you
What You'll Actually Do
Go through our learning products the way a student, teacher, or parent would — and flag anything confusing, incorrect, or broken.
Own quality end-to-end for the areas you review — not just report issues, but follow through until they're fixed.
Communicate clearly and directly with our product and engineering teams about what's wrong and why it matters.
Bring your understanding of basic math, English, and how students actually learn to catch issues that a purely technical reviewer would miss.
Help us build a culture where nothing subpar passes through unnoticed
*What We're Looking For *
A background in teaching, school leadership, curriculum design, or academic content — formal "QA experience" is not required.
Strong foundation in basic math and English, and genuine understanding of how K-12 students learn.
High integrity — someone who speaks up when something is wrong, even if it's inconvenient.
Excellent attention to detail and common sense — you notice things others walk past.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
A good, well-regarded educational background is a plus.
** Why This Role Is Different **
We're not looking for checkboxes or years of experience with a specific tool. We're looking for someone with strong instincts and the confidence to raise an issue the moment they see it, rather than letting it pass. If that describes you, we'd like to talk.
