Job description:
Owners Representative & Construction Project Manager
Now hiring an Owner’s Rep / Construction Project Manager for direct hire position.
A third-party PM consultant is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager / Owner’s Rep to manage Senior Housing Ground-Up construction and renovations.
This position will be working remotely from home office and traveling to project site and consultant offices as needed, Travel not to exceed 30% of the time. Must be based in Madison WI metro area

Salary range is $105K - $120K, depending on experience with extensive full benefits available including 100% paid medical insurance for the employee, 401k with 4% match after 6 months, referral bonuses, and flexible PTO.

Qualifications:
Must have at least 10+ years in a Project Management or Owner’s Rep position on commercial builds. Similar experience at a Commercial General Contractor is acceptable.
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
Experience managing projects for senior housing and general commercial preferred
Experience with commercial renovations required.
-Experience with P.T. concrete construction preferred.
-Must have verifiable references and ability to pass pre-employment screenings
This is a W-2 Position-Direct Hire Only Job. No 1099 work is available.
