Required Skill and Experience
Design end-to-end Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions using Amazon Connect/Lex, Bedrock.
Preferred Skill and Experience
Experience in conversational AI solutions using Amazon Lex (V1/V2), Lambda, and related AWS services
