About QuickAds
QuickAds builds performance creatives as a service creative intelligence, creative strategy, creative production, influencer marketing at scale, and campaign management. Most tools in this space do one link of that chain; we cover all of it. Our computer-vision models are trained on 32M+ ads, and we've managed $200M+ in ad spend for brands that live and die by paid social. We're 70+ people across Bangalore, Noida, Singapore, Canada and the USA, and VC-funded. AI handles form here; humans own substance.
The role
We ship 100+ creatives a month for clients on 5–7 day turnarounds. What we don't yet have is a systematic way to get in front of the agencies, platforms and brand teams who should know us. That's this job.
You'll own two connected motions: building the partner ecosystem that sends us qualified pipeline, and running the events calendar ours and the ones we show up at that makes QuickAds the obvious name when a brand's creative pipeline breaks. This is a builder role, not a maintainer one. There's an existing network to lean on and very little existing process.
We're open on location. What we're not open on is being reachable: our teams sit across countries, so you'll need to hold a few hours of overlap with at least two of those. Being near a major international airport matters more than being near an office
What you'll own
Partnerships
- Build and run the partner ecosystem: performance agencies, media buying shops, platform partners (Meta, TikTok, Google, Shopify ecosystem), and adjacent martech
- Design the commercial structure for each partner type referral, reseller, co-sell, white-label and get it signed
- Own partner-sourced pipeline as a number, with clear attribution and a quarterly target
- Run co-marketing with partners: joint webinars, case studies, content swaps, shared events
- Be the internal owner of partner health onboarding, enablement, QBRs, and the honest call on which partnerships to kill Events
- Build the annual events calendar across your priority markets, and defend the budget for it
- Run our own formats: founder dinners, CMO roundtables, creative teardown sessions, webinars
- Decide where we sponsor vs. attend vs. skip, and negotiate those deals
- Own the full loop pre-event outreach, on-ground execution, and the follow-up sequence that turns conversations into meetings
- Report on cost per qualified conversation and pipeline created per event Cross-functional
- Work with Sales on which partners and events actually convert, and drop the ones that don't
- Work with Marketing on collateral, messaging and post-event content
- Bring what you hear in the market back to the product and creative teams
What we're looking for
- 2–4 years in partnerships, alliances, BD or field marketing ideally some of it in adtech, martech, SaaS or agency-side
- You've built a partner program from close to zero, not just inherited one
- You've run real events end to end, including the unglamorous parts: vendor chasing, badge scanning, and the follow-up nobody wants to do
- Comfortable being measured on pipeline, not on activity
- Strong commercial instincts you can structure a deal and know when to walk
- Excellent written and spoken English; you'll be pitching to CMOs and growth leads across regions
- A track record of doing this well remotely writing things down, running without supervision, and closing loops across time zones
- Able to travel roughly 25–30% of the time, including internationally, with the documentation to do so
Nice to have
- Existing relationships with performance agencies or platform partner teams
- Understanding of how paid social creative actually works hooks, iteration velocity, why creative is the biggest lever left
- Experience selling into or partnering with e-commerce and D2C brands
- Experience working across India, SEA and North America the three markets that matter most to us
Why this role
- You'll own a function, not a slice of one direct line to the founders, and the budget to go with it
- Genuine white space: nobody else is covering the whole creative value chain, which makes the partner pitch easy to differentiate
- Work from wherever you're based, with real reasons to be in the room when it counts
- A product that does what it says: 100+ creatives a month, 5–7 day turnarounds, and case histories you can put in front of a partner without flinching
How to apply
Interested? Send your CV to [email protected] with a short note on one partnership or event you built from scratch and what you'd do differently now. Tell us where you're based and what hours you'd realistically be available.
QuickAds hires on capability. We welcome applicants from any location or background, and we're happy to accommodate what you need in the process.
