About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP), and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

The role focuses on customer data ingestion and activation, audience management, journey orchestration, enterprise integrations, production support, and platform reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise across AEP, RT-CDP, and AJO.
• Configure and troubleshoot data ingestion, XDM schemas, datasets, identity resolution, profiles, segmentation, and audience activation.
• Support journey orchestration, campaigns, triggers, and downstream integrations.
• Design and troubleshoot integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, marketing platforms, and consent solutions.
• Support integrations with Oracle Eloqua or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Improve platform stability, reliability, automation, and operational processes.
• Support releases, deployments, monitoring, and production operations.
• Create technical documentation, runbooks, and architecture documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, marketing, product, and security teams.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with enterprise digital experience, customer data, marketing technology, or integration platforms.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
  • Adobe Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP)
  • Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)

• Strong knowledge of XDM, data ingestion, identity resolution, customer profiles, segmentation, audience activation, and journey orchestration.

• Experience with enterprise integrations and REST APIs.

• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

• Experience supporting production SaaS platforms.

• Knowledge of JSON, OAuth, SQL, or integration middleware is a plus.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Eloqua.
• Experience with Transcend or similar consent/preference management platforms.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Experience with automation, CI/CD, DevOps, monitoring, or release management.
• Experience in healthcare, financial services, insurance, or other regulated environments.
• Adobe certifications in AEP, RT-CDP, or AJO.
