Software Testing Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a Software Testing Intern to support quality assurance efforts for our AI Agent-led workflow automation and integration platform. You will primarily test connectors, workflows, and AI-driven automation features to ensure reliability, accuracy, and performance across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Test and validate integration connectors (e.g., CRM, marketing tools, APIs, databases)
• Execute end-to-end workflow testing across multiple systems
• Validate AI Agent behaviors, including:
• Trigger-based actions
• Decision-making logic
• Dynamic content generation
• Identify, document, and track bugs using standard reporting formats
• Perform functional, regression, and basic API testing
• Verify data flow accuracy between integrated applications
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
• Assist in creating and maintaining test cases and test scenarios

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Tech. / BE / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA in Computer Science or IT from a reputed institution
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts (manual testing preferred)
• Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and HTTP requests
• Understanding of SaaS applications and integrations
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to document issues clearly and concisely

Good to Have

• Exposure to tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar API testing tools
• Basic knowledge of automation tools or scripting (Python/JS/Selenium)
• Understanding of workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make, N8N etc.)
• Interest in AI Agents, LLMs, and automation systems
