The Role
As a Sales Associate at Rimigo, you will be the primary point of contact for travelers looking to plan and book their next trip.
This is a client-facing role that requires you to be proactive, consultative, and detail-oriented - from the first conversation to the final booking confirmation and on-trip assistance.
What You’ll Do
Speak with users who sign up or show interest on the platform
Understand their budget, preferences, travel style and requirements
Recommend destinations, itineraries and experiences
Follow up with leads and move them through the booking journey
Handle customer questions and objections
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
Coordinate with internal teams to complete bookings
Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process
What We’re Looking For
Strong sales ability
Strong communication in Hindi and English
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in customer experience or customer service management, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
