Role Description The Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in El Paso, TX. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing engineering and equipment delivery programs from initiation through completion. Day-to-day tasks include defining project scope and timelines, managing budgets and resources, and coordinating cross-functional teams such as engineering, operations, and supply chain. The Program Manager will monitor program progress, identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure that deliverables meet quality, safety, and customer requirements. The role also involves communicating regularly with internal stakeholders and external clients, preparing status reports, and driving continuous improvement in program execution and processes.
Qualifications
- Program and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder communications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in an engineering or industrial environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools and productivity software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, collaboration platforms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical and non-technical information clearly.
- Relevant educational background, such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced industrial setting and manage multiple programs concurrently.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or engineering services is highly beneficial.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
