Project Manager

Broadband Hospitality, based in Youngstown, Ohio, with offices in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, specializes in deploying turnkey integrated Wi-Fi, DirecTV, CCTV, PBX, interactive television, and interactive mobile applications, and digital signage to the hospitality marketplace.

BBH has an immediate opportunity for a Project Manager with strategic experience and a solid understanding of all areas of telecommunications within the hospitality industry. The PM will take the lead role in the planning of projects from inception to equipment procurement, installation, budgeting, scheduling, and support throughout the project lifecycle. Our next Project Manager will be proactive, organized, and responsible for leading teams nationwide and working closely with internal members to ensure a successful project and satisfied customers. This is a highly visible role that will require solid communication skills and a motivated, organized individual to meet deadlines and build team collaboration. This is a full-time, salaried remote position. The right candidate must be willing to travel 15% of the time.

Prior Project Management experience in the Hospitality Industry is a must.

Position Requirements:

· 5+ years of Project Management experience

· Must understand and explain technical concepts and telecommunication project products, scopes, and dependencies in business terms

· Strong organizational skills (critical attention to detail, task prioritization, and ability to meet deadlines)

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Able to promptly and efficiently adapt to shifting priorities and realign project goals and timelines

· Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities expected; ability to elicit cooperation from a variety of sources, including upper management, clients, peers, and other departments

· Able to motivate and influence team members to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work in a respectful, constructive manner

· Comfortable working to challenging deadlines with a high degree of change; stress-tolerant

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio) and other Project Management software

Preferred Skills:

· Experience leading hospitality technology-based projects

· Experience with low voltage cabling and termination projects
