Position Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Systems Analyst to support system design, application development, data analysis, testing, and implementation for enterprise applications. The selected candidate will work with technical and business teams to analyze requirements, develop solutions, and support application enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop system design specifications and technical documentation.
• Prepare solution designs that meet system and security requirements.
• Evaluate alternative approaches and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop specifications for databases, communication systems, hardware, networks, security, storage, and software.
• Develop structured diagrams for databases, computer networks, security systems, and applications.
• Develop, compile, maintain, and document system configurations.
• Develop operational and installation procedures.
• Develop upgrade guidelines for database, operating system, network, security, and client-server environments.
• Develop detailed system operations designs.
• Work with managers, senior programmers, support staff, and product stakeholders to plan system implementations and enhancements.
• Create, test, and maintain application systems.
• Design reports, audit trails, logs, and security mechanisms.
• Provide technical assistance for application, database, and IT issues.
• Provide programming assistance to other projects and development teams.
• Perform system and application testing and evaluation.
• Test programs and integrate system modules.
• Develop and monitor IT quality assurance standards.
• Document testing methodologies and results.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience with:
• Writing application software
• Data analysis and data access
• Data structures and data manipulation
• Database design and development
• Programming, testing, and implementation
• Technical and user documentation
• Software conversions
• Experience across mainframe, mid-range, personal computer, and laptop environments.
• Experience leading the design of program specifications and implementing software solutions.
