eCRM Project Manager
Contract: 12 months, with possibility of extension

About Opportunity
Buchanan Technologies is seeking an experienced eCRM Project Manager to support a large-scale, multi-year CRM modernization initiative for a Canadian public-sector organization.
The program is focused on consolidating aging CRM applications into a sustainable enterprise framework of reusable and scalable business components. The selected Project Manager will lead complex CRM initiatives, coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, and establish the governance, planning, reporting, and change-management practices required for successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
The eCRM Project Manager will:
- Lead assigned projects using an Agile-Iterative delivery methodology and established program templates.
- Develop and maintain project governance, communication, escalation, and decision-making structures.
- Define project objectives, requirements, scope, deliverables, and required approvals.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, resources, budgets, and expenditures.
- Create and maintain integrated project plans using Microsoft Project Online or equivalent software.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams that may include program managers, solution architects, developers, business analysts, quality-assurance analysts, subject-matter experts, vendors, and operational teams.
- Manage project risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and change requests.
- Deliver timely weekly status reports and facilitate monthly executive steering committee meetings.
- Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and recommendations to executives and other stakeholders.
- Apply change-management practices to support business readiness, adoption, and successful implementation.
- Ensure project documentation and deliverables are complete, accurate, approved, and properly signed off.
- Develop an approved operational transition plan and coordinate the handoff of completed solutions to the appropriate support teams.
- Perform other project-management responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in complex enterprise environments.
- At least 2 years of demonstrated experience managing implementations of commercial off-the-shelf CRM products.
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies; Agile-Iterative experience is preferred.
- Experience developing project plans in Microsoft Project Online or equivalent software and managing delivery against those plans.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, deadlines, resources, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a multifaceted, primarily remote environment.
- Strong project-governance, risk-management, issue-management, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and executive-communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with executives, managers, technical teams, vendors, and subject-matter experts.
- Strong customer-service orientation and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
- Ability to work remotely within Canada during Atlantic Time business hours.
- Availability for occasional evening or weekend work related to system upgrades or production support.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or an Agile certification.
- Project-management experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service CRM.
- Experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps for Agile planning, tracking, reporting, or delivery management.
- Demonstrated organizational change-management experience.
- Experience delivering projects for government or other public-sector organizations.
