Crack Govt Exam is building an AI-first education platform to help millions of Indian students prepare for government exams smarter, faster and more effectively.

We’re rethinking how students learn for exams like UPSC, SSC, Railway, Banking and other government exams — using AI, personalized learning, engaging content and consumer-product thinking.

We’re looking for a Product Manager who wants to help us build this from the ground up.

This is not a role where you simply manage a roadmap or write PRDs.

You will own the product. You will own the users. You will own the numbers.

What You’ll Own

• Own the product end-to-end — from understanding the problem → defining the solution → working with design & engineering → shipping → measuring → iterating.
• Own the metrics — DAU, retention, frequency, engagement, conversion and overall user growth.
• Own the user experience — obsess over every touchpoint and push towards NPS > 80.
• Understand students deeply — why they study, why they procrastinate, why they drop off, what motivates them and what makes them come back every day.
• Build AI-powered learning experiences that genuinely improve how students prepare for government exams.
• Experiment relentlessly — launch new products, features and experiences; measure what works; double down on winners and kill what doesn't.
• Move insanely fast — turn user insights into experiments and experiments into learnings.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Content, AI, Growth and Business teams to get things shipped.
• Continuously ask: “How can we make this 10X better for the student?”

What We’re Looking For

You might be a great fit if:

• You are really good at understanding users.
• You are fascinated by human behaviour, psychology and motivation.
• You are a Psychology major — or regret not being one.
• You naturally ask “Why is the user doing this?” before jumping to solutions.
• You can iterate and learn at breakneck speed.
• You have 1–3 years of Product Management experience, preferably in a consumer product.
• You are extremely high-agency — when you're stuck, you don't wait around. You find a solution and get things done.
• You are comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out from first principles.
• You care about outcomes, not output.
• You have an unusually high bar for product quality and user experience.
• You love building products that people use every single day.

• You have started something of your own.
• You have built a product from 0 → 1.
• You have scaled a consumer product to 1M+ DAU.
• You have worked on an AI product.
• You have experience in consumer internet, edtech, gaming, social or content products.
• You understand the Indian student / exam-preparation ecosystem.
