Junior Web Developer Full Stack (Angular/PHP)

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Toronto)

What You Will Do

As a full-stack web developer, your daily tasks will include:

• Working on the frontend and the backend of our core application.
• Building new features, fixing bugs, and writing automated tests.
• Troubleshooting and maintaining existing features.
• Exercising best practices of UI/UX to shape the best user experiences.
• Implementing AI flows through prompt engineering, agentic orchestration, and MCP servers.
• Designing efficient data structures and models.
• Handling Git workflows to participate in the deployment process.

What You Bring

• Must reside and be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• 2–3 years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Hands-on experience with Angular.
• Hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database operations.
• An eye for UI/UX design, with the ability to build responsive modern web pages.
• Understanding of authentication flows and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with Git, version control, and basic deployment workflows.
• Experience or familiarity with automated testing practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an inquisitive, eager-to-learn mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively in a remote/hybrid team.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with Python.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and Cloud Environments.
• Exposure to modern AI development, such as Code Generation, Agentic AI, or MCP servers.
