Senior Programmer - R

Job Role -

• Extensive experience developing, transforming, and programming clinical datasets using R, with strong understanding of data structures, derivations, and programming logic.
• Proven experience programming Tables, Listings, and Figures (TLFs) using R, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reproducibility of outputs.
• Strong experience working with R packages and libraries commonly used for clinical programming, data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience developing reusable, modular, and efficient R code to support standardized and automated clinical programming workflows.
• Working knowledge of SAS programming, with the ability to understand, review, and work with SAS-based clinical programming outputs and processes.
• Strong understanding of CDISC standards, including SDTM and Adam, and their application within clinical programming workflows is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Git and GitHub for source-code management, including version control, branching, code reviews, pull requests, and collaborative development.
• Strong focus on code quality, validation, traceability, reproducibility, and documentation of R programming deliverables.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot programming issues, perform quality checks, and deliver high-quality datasets and TLFs within project timelines.
• Collaborate closely with Biostatistics, Statistical Programming, Data Management, and other cross-functional teams to support clinical study deliverables.
