Job description: Nanonation, an industry leader in interactive digital solutions designed to inform, educate and entertain customers, is seeking a Project Manager to support our rapid growth.
Position Summary: The position title will be dependent on experience. Members of the Project Management team are responsible for leading projects from inception to completion within given timelines and budgets. This position will oversee projects, regularly communicate among teams, follow up and track project status, multi-task, motivate team members and close out projects.
Responsibilities
o Own and oversee all aspects of multiple projects.
o Navigate effective decision-making process when presented with multiple options to maintain project scope.
o Quickly provide reports for upper management regarding status of projects.
o Update and maintain detailed project specifications, including customer needs, program functions, and steps required to develop end user experiences.
o Evaluate, review, and analyze team dynamics, building strong relationships to ensure project success and being the go-to resource for all project touch points.
o Recognize and mitigate risk before they have an impact on the project.
o Coordinate projects to complete on time and within budget.
Requirements
o Organized and detail-oriented individual a must.
o Deadline driven in high-pressure environments.
o Ability to proactively drive tasks and projects to completion.
o Provide real-time direction to all project stakeholders.
o Excellent customer-facing skills (email, phone, face-to-face).
o Excellent oral and written communication skills.
o Exceptional analytic and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Experience
o Passive knowledge of content management programs.
o Exposure to agile / scrum project management methodologies.
o Experience with Windows, Mac, and Android operating systems.
o Software development project management experience.
o Practical working knowledge of software development life cycle.
o Knowledge of shipping and logistical coordination.
o Remote coordination of installation resources.
o Scrum: 1 year (Preferred)
o License/Certification: PMP (Preferred)

o Based on skillset and prior experience.
