Job - RPG/As400 Developer
Location- Dallas TX (Hybrid-3days onsite)
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
ü Should be proficient / hands-on in Modern RPG and As400 with good concepts of DB2.
ü Should be able to design the application changes after understanding the requirements and current
Application state.
ü Should know the Offshore & Onshore project execution knowledge and good team player.
ü Should be able to technically lead a team of 3+ resources.
ü RxClaim PBM experience will be good to have.
Roles & Responsibilities
Technically lead the team, design, code and unit test the requirements. Establish connect with customer in
getting the project understanding and executing the development phase of project successfully.
Key responsibilities*
Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
ü Should be able to technically lead a team of 3+ resources
ü Collaborate to work in onshore offshore model
ü Should be well versed with agile development
ü Ability to interact with Business and Customer IT stakeholders
ü Good Communication skills, interpersonal skills and analytical skills
