platform produces estimated cost ranges, a project scope, required trades, timelines, budget
tracking and potential ROI in one place.

This isn’t just an idea. Our MVP is already built and we’re preparing to launch it with our first users.
We now need a hands-on Technical Co-Founder to take technical ownership and help turn it into a
scalable PropTech business.

Who we’re looking for

• Someone who can build across the stack, make pragmatic technical decisions and wants genuine influence over both the product and company.
• You might be an experienced engineer ready to build something of your own, a strong self-taught developer, or an exceptional graduate or final-year student with evidence of products you have built.
