While we are currently scaling our media presence through premium writing, our long-term roadmap includes developing powerful Fintech tools for the future. This internship offers a unique opportunity to help define bataSutra’s voice across social platforms, building brand awareness that supports both our current content strategy and our future ecosystem launch.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Intern. In this role, you will manage our online presence, drive engagement, and translate complex Business/Science topics into shareable content. You will be responsible for building communities on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and Discord.

This internship offers a performance-driven growth pathway: High-performing interns are prioritized for conversion into paid internships or full-time roles once their academic schedules align with our hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

Content Distribution: Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts that simplify Business and Science topics for our audience.

Community Management: Respond to comments and DMs promptly; foster discussions that keep the audience informed and engaged.

Campaign Execution: Help plan and execute social media campaigns (e.g., newsletter blasts, product updates, student challenges).

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and platform algorithms to ensure our content remains relevant in a fast-paced digital environment.

Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and provide insights to optimize future content strategies.

Cross-Channel Integration: Support the transition from content-to-community as we prepare for Fintech integration and user acquisition phases.

Requirements

Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any field).

Digital Literacy: Strong understanding of social media dynamics and platform-specific best practices.

Content Skills: Ability to write engaging captions, thread tweets, and LinkedIn posts that align with professional yet accessible tones.

Tech Savviness: Comfortable using scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.), basic design tools (Canva), and analytics platforms.

Flexibility: Capable of managing college assignments alongside content deadlines without compromising quality.

Location: Based anywhere in India
