CapeTerminal is building a technology-enabled platform for port-based logistics and value-added services around Vizhinjam International Seaport, India. We help businesses manage cargo movement and connect with services across freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, packaging, inspection and related logistics activities.

About the Role

We are looking for a Logistics Operations Executive to support day-to-day logistics coordination, shipment tracking and communication with customers, service providers and logistics partners.

Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers, transporters, freight forwarders and service providers
Support shipment planning, tracking and documentation
Monitor shipment status and follow up on operational requirements
Coordinate logistics activities from port to destination
Maintain accurate shipment and operational records
Assist with vendor coordination and service provider management
Support day-to-day logistics and customer communication

Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good working knowledge of English
Comfortable using spreadsheets, email and online tools
Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage follow-ups
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
