About the job

Design and build scalable backend services, APIs, frontend applications, and internal tools.
Lead technical discussions, code reviews, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices.
Collaborate with Product, Data, AI/ML, UX, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable product features.
Drive production readiness including testing, monitoring, debugging and deployment validation.
Mentor engineers and help improve overall code quality and development standards.
Use AI-assisted engineering tools effectively to improve development velocity and productivity.
Contribute to technical roadmap planning and platform scalability initiatives.
