About the job
DWIG is looking for a thoughtful, fast-moving Design Intern to help turn real human needs into clear,
useful product experiences. This is a hands-on role for a student or early-career designer who wants to practice the full arc of product design: understanding a problem, investigating users, mapping a flow, generating concepts, building prototypes, testing assumptions, and preparing work so an engineering team can build from it.
The intern will work alongside seasoned founders who have built and grown companies and who bring experience from entrepreneurial and Fortune-company environments. The work will center on DWIG’s experience for professionals in motion, including B2B sellers who move among customer meetings, calendar commitments, CRM work, messages, travel, and follow-through. The goal is not to create decoration. It is to create experiences that help a user understand the next important moment and act with less friction.
This role is a 10-week, part-time, unpaid internship. It is structured as a supervised learning experience with real design exposure, career development, regular feedback, and opportunities for selected work to inform production design materials. The exact weekly schedule will be set to accommodate the intern’s academic commitments and the program’s learning goals.
