Product Associate

We are looking for a Product Associate with at least 1 year of experience in product management or a similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS company.

You will work closely with the product, engineering, design, sales, and customer-facing teams to understand user problems, improve existing features, and support the development of new product functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand user requirements, feedback, and product issues
• Prepare product requirements, user flows, and feature documentation
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams for feature development
• Test new features and identify bugs or usability improvements
• Conduct competitor and market research
• Analyze user feedback and product usage to suggest improvements
• Maintain product documentation and track feature progress

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant product experience
• Good understanding of B2B SaaS products and workflows
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with tools such as Trello, Google Sheets, or similar platforms
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
