About BHMR Studios

BHMR Studios is a strategy-led design and custom software development studio serving international startups and SMBs across North America, Europe, the UK, the Middle East, Australia/NZ, and Singapore. We run every engagement through a named, gated 7-stage delivery process and we're now hiring someone to rebuild our own website and client portal end to end, the same way we'd build it for a client.

The Role
We're hiring one person or team to own both design and development for two connected builds:

1. Website redesign - full rebuild from scratch (not a refresh)
2. Client portal redesign - the platform our clients use to track projects, retainers, invoices, and approvals

This is a single combined hire, we are not splitting design and development across two people. You (or your team, if you're an agency) need to cover both.

What We Need Built

1. Website: complete redesign and development, from concept to launch
2. Client portal: redesign and rebuild alongside the website
3. Interactivity: excellent use of GSAP and other animation/interaction tooling, immersive, 3D-enabled, scroll- and motion-driven experiences throughout
4. Assets: all imagery and video must be original and created by you, copyright-free, no stock libraries
5. Responsive: flawless across all devices and screen sizes (mobile, tablet, desktop, large displays)

Our Process

Everything we build runs through our 7-stage delivery framework, you'll be expected to work within it:

1. Discovery and Alignment
2. Scope and Roadmap Lock
3. Design
4. Engineering and Build
5. Testing and Hardening
6. Launch and Handover
7. Post-Launch Support

Timeline

Target: 1 week

Hard maximum: 2 weeks, start to launch

This is an aggressive timeline given the scope (two builds, custom motion/3D work, and original asset production). We'd rather hear an honest, realistic timeline from you than a number that just tells us what we want to hear, quote what you can genuinely deliver at the quality bar described above.
