Business development (sales) intern

We at Airaa help brands source, recruit, and manage creators at scale, from campaign execution to payouts all at one place. Looking for a business development (sales) intern to join us, fully remote.
Strong performers get a shot at a full time role with us after.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Researching and identifying brands that'd benefit from Airaa's creator and UGC solutions
• Reaching out via LinkedIn, X, and email, owning the full outreach process
• Lead generation, prospect research, follow-ups, and booking calls with potential clients
• Maintaining and updating lead data, outreach activity, and pipeline status using spreadsheets or CRM tools
• Working closely with the team on improving outreach strategies and identifying new market opportunities

What we're looking for:

• Strong written English
• Comfortable with cold outreach, sales, and talking to potential clients
• Self-motivated, can work independently in a remote environment
• Bonus if you've used LinkedIn, X, Google Sheets, or any CRM/outreach tool before
• Interest in startups, creator economy, or digital marketing helps

Details:

• Remote (WFH)
• Stipend: ₹12,000-15,000/month
• Duration: 3 months, start between 1 Sept - 10 Sept
• Flexible hours, 5 days a week
• Certificate + letter of recommendation on completion, PPO potential based on performance
