Sales Representative:
Montegra Studios is looking for independent Sales Representatives to identify and introduce businesses that may benefit from our technology services.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify businesses that may be a good fit for Montegra
• Conduct professional outbound outreach
• Introduce Montegra and our services accurately
• Learn about a prospect’s general business objectives or technology needs
• Perform basic opportunity qualification
• Determine whether there appears to be a genuine potential project
• Connect qualified prospects with Montegra
• Maintain professional and lawful communication with prospective clients
• Follow Montegra’s sales guidance and brand standards Once a qualified opportunity is introduced, Montegra handles the broader sales process, including:
• Deeper discovery
• Technical evaluation
• Project scoping
• Solution design
• Pricing
• Proposals
• Contracts
• Project delivery Sales Representatives are not expected to independently determine technical solutions, negotiate contracts, set pricing, or make binding commitments on behalf of Montegra.

Role Structure:

• Independent contractor
• Remote
• No fixed working hours
• No minimum hourly requirement
• No minimum call or email quota
• Commission-only
• Compensation is earned through successful qualifying client projects
• Minimum qualifying project size: $10,000 CAD
• No salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed compensation
• Representatives generally use their own equipment and resources
• Representatives may maintain other lawful business or professional activities
