Remote Epoxy Sales Representative

We’re seeking a motivated Remote Sales Representative to help grow our epoxy business by generating new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and converting leads into sales.

In this role, you’ll connect with prospective customers through outbound outreach, identify their needs, introduce our epoxy products and solutions, answer product-related questions, and guide potential clients through the sales process from initial contact through follow-up and closing.

This is a commission-only position, offering the opportunity to earn based on your sales performance. This role is best suited for someone who is driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a performance-based sales environment.

The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, organized, and comfortable starting conversations and developing new business relationships. Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, or another customer-facing role is preferred. Experience with epoxy flooring, concrete coatings, construction, home improvement, or a related industry is a plus, but not required.
