When a customer needs a person, our U.S.-based live agents step in. Clients get the coverage of an enterprise contact center at a fraction of the cost, without choosing between automation and a human touch.
Not all AI is built the same. As a BPO, we've learned from millions of live agent conversations across the brands we support. We use them to train our AI to talk and listen like one of our agents, and to QA it with the same rigor we apply to our live team. The AI resolves as much as it can, then hands off to one of our U.S. live agents (or yours) when one is needed to finish the job.
The hard problems we work on: making AI agents sound natural and resolve real issues, handing off to humans without losing context, and tuning each deployment to the client's business so it improves retention, not just deflection.
We are looking to expand across defined ICP verticals in the SMB to Mid Market arena, primarily.
