About Matriosh Startup Studio
Matriosh Startup Studio builds and develops startups across different industries. Our team is currently spread across the USA, UK, and India, and we work across multiple startup projects.
We are looking for someone based in the USA who wants to build startups and grow with the studio, with a clear path toward becoming a Co-Founder of a startup project.

The Opportunity
You will join Matriosh Startup Studio as a Founder Associate.
This is not a traditional assistant position. It is an equity-based opportunity designed for someone who wants to build startups and eventually become a Co-Founder.
You will receive equity only in the specific startup/project you are assigned to from the beginning, even while you are a Founder Associate. You will not receive equity in Matriosh Startup Studio or in its other startup projects.

Path to Co-Founder
There is a straightforward path from Founder Associate to Co-Founder. Before you join, we will clearly define the time period required to transition — time is the only factor.
For example, if the agreed period is 6 months, you will automatically transition to the Co-Founder role of your assigned startup/project after completing those 6 months.

Initial Commitment
Initially, the commitment will be only a few hours per day.
During this initial period, you will not work only on your assigned startup. You will also contribute to Matriosh Startup Studio as a whole, helping across different projects and supporting the growth of the studio.

• Team building and recruiting
• Networking and relationship building
• Business development
• Supporting different startup projects
• Day-to-day studio operations
• Building the studio's network and team
• Developing and executing new startup ideas
• Identifying new opportunities
• Supporting founders and project teams

Who We're Looking For
This opportunity is particularly suited for someone who is early in their career and wants to build startups rather than simply work for one.

You do not need years of startup experience. What matters more is:
