Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Engineer with 7+ years of experience in enterprise application development. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React, cloud technologies, and DevOps.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Full Stack Java development experience
• Strong experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices
• Hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with Azure, OpenShift, and AKS
• Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and debugging
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and automated testing
• Experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture
• Experience using enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot/M365 for coding, testing, documentation, and development workflows

Preferred Experience

• Healthcare / Care Management domain
• Regulated environments such as HIPAA, FedRAMP, or GovCloud
• Configuration-driven platforms
• Enterprise-scale applications and Agile development
• Performance optimization and reliability engineering

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance full stack applications across UI, backend, APIs, and cloud
• Build scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs
• Develop frontend features using React and JavaScript
• Work with Azure/OpenShift/AKS and CI/CD environments
• Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design, implementation, and delivery
• Leverage AI tools to improve development quality and productivity
