Job Description
WarCollar Industries is seeking experienced Program Management professionals to support Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Technology, Enterprise Applications cybersecurity programs under HACS BPA Call Orders. These positions provide leadership, coordination, and program oversight to ensure contractual requirements, deliverables, schedules, staffing, and cybersecurity objectives are successfully executed.
- Support the PM with daily program management and staff coordination.
- Serve as the backup point of contact for the CO and COR when the PM is unavailable.
- Track deliverables, schedules, quality reviews, and reporting requirements.
- Support risk and issue management and escalate concerns as appropriate.
- Contribute to transition planning and program knowledge management.
- Assist in maintaining schedule adherence and ensuring quality deliverables.
- Coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders to support successful program execution.

Required Skills
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity program management.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Current PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Experience with federal government cybersecurity requirements.
- Ability to be available within 10 days of contract award.

- Master's degree in a related field.
- Prior ISSO, RMF, or FISMA compliance program experience.
- Experience supporting Department of State or other civilian federal agency programs.

- Location: Remote/contractor site; must reside within reasonable commuting distance of State Annex 17 (SA-17), Washington, D.C.
