Senior AI FS Developer [a3e66]

We’re looking for a Senior AI Fluent Full-Stack Engineer to join our team modernizing a large-scale enterprise fleet management platform. You’ll work on a modern, scalable stack with a strong emphasis on modular decomposition, cloud-native architecture, and AI-integrated development workflows.

The project focuses on transforming a complex Supply Chain domain into a high-performance, modular ecosystem. You will play a critical role in decomposing monolithic structures into modern microservices and microfrontends to drive operational efficiency.

About the Role
As a Senior Engineer, you will operate in a co-delivery model, working alongside client teams to accelerate delivery through AI-assisted engineering. Your mission is to bridge the gap between legacy enterprise complexity and modern, AI-driven software development life cycles.

Tech Stack

• Core Stack: .NET, C#, React, Azure, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Entity Framework, Dapper.
• AI Tools: Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted SDLC tools for refactoring, debugging, and unit test generation.
• Architecture & Design: Microservices, API Design, Microfrontends, Single-page Applications (SPA), Modular frontend architectures, NoSQL.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and Modernize: Lead the modular decomposition of large enterprise platforms using .NET and React.
• AI-Driven Delivery: Integrate tools like Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate technical design, refactoring, and documentation.
• Full-Stack Engineering: Develop robust backend APIs and sophisticated frontend SPAs within a microfrontend architecture.
• Data Management: Design and optimize data-access components using Entity Framework, Dapper, and Azure-native databases.
• Quality Assurance: Validate AI-generated code for security and maintainability while automating unit and integration testing.
• Collaborative Leadership: Participate in agile ceremonies and mentor teams in adopting AI-assisted SDLC best practices.

Requirements

• Extensive senior-level experience in .NET/C# and React development.
• Proven track record modernizing or decomposing large-scale enterprise applications.
• Hands-on proficiency with Azure cloud services and both SQL/NoSQL environments.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-assisted coding tools to improve velocity and code quality.
• Strong background in Domain-Driven Design or modular application architecture.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Fleet Management is highly preferred.
