We are currently looking for an AI Software Developer to join our AI team. This position reports to the AI Adoption Leader.

Your day-to-day

• Design, build, and deploy AI applications and agentic systems that solve real business problems
• Contribute to the development of our agent platform and its core capabilities, including orchestration, tool use, retrieval, and evaluation
• Design reliable and maintainable AI systems by applying strong software engineering and architecture principles
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand business needs and turn them into effective AI solutions

Your Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, AI, or a related technical role
• Solid software engineering fundamentals
• Hands-on experience building applications with LLMs and agentic AI
• Experience with software architecture and building production-grade systems
• Experience working with APIs, databases, and modern software development practices
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bilingualism (French & English)

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with modern agentic AI patterns such as tool use, RAG, or multi-agent systems
• Experience building or integrating MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers
• Experience with AI evaluation, observability, or LLMOps/MLOps practices
• Experience with cloud-native environments and containerized applications
