Remote Appointment Setter / Sales Development Rep

Prosperous Growth is looking for motivated, outgoing, and ambitious people to join our growing sales team as Appointment Setters / Sales Development Representatives.
This is an entry-level sales opportunity with no cap on earnings, a flexible schedule, direct 1-on-1 sales coaching, and a clear path to becoming a closer.
This could be a great opportunity for a college student, recent graduate, aspiring entrepreneur, or anyone with extra time who wants to learn a valuable skill and build something instead of simply working another hourly job.
What You'll Do
Your job is simple:
You'll contact businesses and professionals primarily in the medical and healthcare industry, introduce Prosperous Growth, identify potential opportunities, and schedule qualified appointments.
You do NOT have to close the sale.
Your initial responsibility is to start conversations and book qualified appointments. We handle the closing while you learn the process.
We provide:

- Prospecting strategy
- 1-on-1 coaching
- Ongoing support
- A clear path from appointment setter → closer
Compensation
This is a commission-based position.
Appointment setters earn 15% commission on qualifying sales, with the opportunity to build residual recurring income from clients they help bring into Prosperous Growth.
Our three primary service packages are:
$1,000/month
Potential 15% commission: $150
$2,000/month
Potential 15% commission: $300
$3,000/month
Potential 15% commission: $450
As you build a book of clients, your recurring commissions have the potential to stack month after month, subject to the terms of our commission plan and continued client payments.
The Goal: Become a Closer
We aren't looking for people to remain appointment setters forever.
If you perform, learn the business, and demonstrate that you can sell, you'll have the opportunity to move into a Closer position.
Closers can earn 25% commission on qualifying sales under our closer compensation plan.
The goal is to teach you how to prospect, communicate, sell, close, manage relationships, and eventually generate substantial income through sales.

Work Directly With the Founder
You'll receive direct coaching and mentorship from the founder of Prosperous Growth.
I have 15+ years of leadership and business experience, including experience in the medical device and oil & gas industries, and I'll personally help teach you the sales process.
This isn't a position where you're handed a script and forgotten about.
If you're willing to work, make the calls, take coaching, and improve, I'll invest time into helping you become better at sales.
