Fullstack Engineer (Canada)

About the role:

Eon Media is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and scale web-based platforms for the media and broadcasting industry.

You’ll contribute to both frontend and backend development and collaborate with AI/ML engineers, designers, and product teams to deliver solutions for leading media clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain web applications using React, React Native, Node.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs
• Work with MongoDB and Elasticsearch
• Build user interfaces based on Figma designs
• Integrate APIs
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, designers, and product leads to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Troubleshoot technical issues and improve application performance

Required Skills:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer
• Strong experience with React, JavaScript, Node.js, MongoDB, and APIs
• At least 2 years of project and work experience with the above technologies.
• At least 2 years of project and work experience with Elasticsearch is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
